How can I modify or cancel an order?Updated a day ago

Once an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our logistics team for processing.

When an order is being prepared, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Normally, the package is prepared and shipped within a few hours of placing the order (excluding weekends).
