The delivery address entered when placing an order on our online store must always be a residential or business address and not a pickup point. Only after the order has been placed and you have received the courier's email will it be possible to change the delivery and select a pickup point.

To choose a pickup point, simply access the tracking link provided by the courier or use the link contained in the shipping notification email sent by the courier.

This operation must therefore be carried out independently by the recipient.
